Ozone Solutions' Return Policy
Ozone Solutions has a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy on all Residential Ozone Generators and Commercial Ozone Generators.
Ozone will work for most people, but not all with find it suitable. We want you to have complete peace-of-mind when purchasing your ozone generator.
This return policy ensures you, the customer, that we will refund all your money (not including shipping) if the following conditions are met.

The item is returned in like new condition |

The item is returned back to Ozone Solutions within 30 days of originally receiving the item |

All box containers, paperwork & cords are returned with the item |
| |
Only one unit was purchased per order (Purchasing 2 of any units on the same day automatically excludes one from the return policy) |
Shipping charges are not refunded because we cannot get our money back from the carrier.
An RMA number must be obtained from Ozone Solutions to initiate the return.

Ozone Solutions Rental Policy
The following applied to all rental units. By renting any of Ozone Solutions equipment, the customer agrees to all terms below.

Rental period starts when customer receives unit and ends the day the cusomter sends it back (transit time does not count towards the rental period) |

Any damage that occurs to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear, will be paid by the customer |

If the rental unit is found to be faulty, or does not work to the customers satisfaction, the rental period will stop and the unit needs to be returned to Ozone Solutions |

The customer may request a replacment unit before shipping back the original rental item. At its discretion, Ozone Solutions will send a replacment unit. Customer is to pay for shipping and return the orginal rental unit within 2 working days of receiving replacment unit. If unit is not received within standard UPS Ground transit times, the customer will be billed for rental of orginal unit. |
