OS-150 Ozone System

Turnkey Ozone Generating System

The OS-150 Ozone System is a Turnkey Ozone Generating System designed specifically for Groundwater Remediation. This system can be a stand alone system, trailer or shed mounted. This is a customizable system that can be tailored to fit most all remediation applications. Systems generating from 30-120 g/hr of ozone are available in this configuration. Larger systems are available.

Ozone SensorDetects ozone leaks and shuts down system
Dew Point SensorDetect dew point of dry air to protect the O2 Concentrator and O3 Generator
Relative Humitdity SensorMontirors Humidity of ambient air to protect the air dryer
Temperature SensorMonitors temperature inside the OS-150 to protect all equipment
Pressure Sensor #1Ensures incoming pressure is sufficient
Pressure Sensor #2Ensures Oxygen Pressure is suffient
Other Sensors are avaliable:Ozone ouptut analyzer % by wieght, Oxygen Sensor, or any other sensor necessary
Outputs:Each sensor will set a fault light visible on the controller, close dry contacts avaliable in the controller, and give mV or mA ouptut signals. See the Manual for mor info.
Compressor:- System avalialbe with built in oil less compressor
- External Type 30 Ingersoll Rand Compressor avaliable to supplement sparging air
- External UP6 Ingersoll Rand Rotary Screw Compressor also avaliable
Manifold:Optional, any number of wells set in groups or with individually, all manifolds can be manually controlled or controlled with a PLC and Human Interface Panel
Air Conditioer:Top Mount 2300 BTU standard, 4500 BTU air conditioner will be used with higher ozone production units
