Q. How do I check if the EZ-10W even responds to ozone?

A. 1) Ensure the unit has been plugged in for at least 10 minutes. 2) Expose the sensing element to at least 2 PPM of ozone from an ambient air ozone generator. (You might need to have the humidity in the room below 50% before the unit will respond properly.) The LEDs should light up in response to ozone. If it does not, please contact Ozone Solutions.
